I went in to order some flowers for a party and the owner Sammy was extremely rude to me and very unprofessional. I printed off some flower arrangements from her website to order and she tried to tell me that they are more expensive in the store rather than online. She tried to sell me her left over arrangements that she didn't sell before the holiday in the store. She is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. I would NEVER go back to that store.

TAKE IT FROM ME AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

The owner of the Flower Gallery located on Oakdale Road, Modesto, CA is the most unprofessional business owner I have ever met! She is extremely rude to her customers! She doesn't understand english very well and she will push you to buy flowers that she already has in stock rather than ordering what you want. She talks way too much and doesn't let you get a word in. I ordered some flowers from her over 5 months ago and went over everything in writing of what I wanted to be ordered. She ended up getting the wrong type of flowers and wrong colors! She then accused me of changing my order and wanted to charge me more once it was delivered! That's BS! As she was setting up my arrangements at the event I ordered them for, she broke one of her own vases while she was setting up and charged me for it when I wasn't even there! She is so rude and yelled at my other vendors that were watching her set up.

I will NEVER do business again with her and I highly suggest you take your business any place else because she is such a b**tch if you know what I mean.

WARNING‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼ DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH SAMARA (SAMMY) AT THE FLOWER GALLERY IN MODESTO CA! Please take my advice on this one! As a bride, this vendor was the worst mistake I had to deal with the past year for my wedding. She yelled at me and my mom the morning of my wedding. She was so disrespectful as well. She was 3 hours late showing up for my wedding day to set up. Samara is the most rudest person I have ever dealt with! I went to her because she was the cheapest in town for my wedding flowers and boy did I pay for it. She is so unorganized, unprofessional, and inconsistent. I met with her about 6 times to go over my wedding flowers and she still did them wrong the day of my wedding! She is sloppy and so rude to me and my family members. She talks too much and cuts you off and won't even let you show her what you want for flowers. She also talks down to you like she knows it all.

We met for our first consultation 9 months ago and went over everything that I wanted for my wedding. She wrote down on a receipt and quoted me with her own hand writing what I wanted. There was no contract or anything signed involved. Any professional vendor would at least type something up professionally and send it to the bride. Then the 2nd meeting with her 3 months later she got confused based on her own notes of what flowers and colors to order and changed a few different flowers for my main center pieces. Since I don't know much about flowers and I couldn't read her hand writing, I went along with it because she said to trust her. Then I met with her again to make some payments and still no formal typed document was created nor given to me. 1 month before my wedding I met with her to go over everything and she was pushing flowers on me for my wedding that we never previously discussed just because she wanted to use up what she had in the store left over from a previous event she did. She even told me that my wedding colors were 3 other colors totally opposite of what my actual wedding colors are! I gave her swatches of my wedding colors a while ago too. In addition, I showed her pictures along the way of what I wanted and she kept changing the quote more expensive saying that she didn't understand what I initially was asking. I went in 3 months before my wedding to take off a few items to cut down on some budget and I ended up leaving with a more expensive price than I originally had because she said she quoted me wrong. That is ridiculous! In addition, the day of my wedding, she broke a vase while setting up and blamed it on me when I wasn't even at the venue and wanted to charge me for it. She also told me the day of my wedding, that my wedding was too stressful and she can't handle it and that my wedding was giving her a heart attack. Hello! You are a florists it's your job stupid!

Most horrible experience dealing with this lady!

TO ALL BRIDES: please take your business elsewhere because I don't want you to have to deal with that unnecessary stress of Samara the day of your wedding or throughout the planning of your wedding.

Our shop is open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
