They are dishonest and have bad customer service:
This clinic told me they were an in-network provider of Spectera insurance and told me to pay 100% of the money for lenses upfront and that the insurance company would reimburse me for in-network benefits. I paid this amount and called the Spectera insurance company to fax the receipt in and Spectera said that they cannot give in-network reimbursement as this Focus Eye Care clinic refuses to use Specteras labs. Spectera also said that since Focus refuses to use their labs, then they should not be advertising themselves as in-network provider. I asked for my money back and Focus flatly refused after repeated calls and Denise would not put me in touch of the manager Mimi. I never got to talk with the manager as Denise kept saying Mimi was out, I have called this clinic 8 times today and yesterday and don't feel I've been treated fairly. Focus has not ordered any lenses yet and it would not inconvenience them to refund my money promptly. Stay away from them!!
