Forsyth County Magistrate Ct

The Forsyth County Magistrate Court shares a building with the Tax Commissioners Office. The role of the Magistrate Court is to handle all civil claims of $15,000 or less. These claims include distress warrants and dispossessory writs, county ordinance violations, bad checks, preliminary hearings, summons, arrest warrants and search warrants. Judge Walker H. Bramblett is the Chief Magistrate.
