If this is as good as it gets we are in big trouble!:
For three years my mom has been in the assisted living apartment area. We have just stepped up her level of care in the past 4 days. In the past four days she has not gotten her critical heart meds and has had to wait for someone to bring them to her at their leisure. She will call us on the phone in tears and hurting because they are not doing their job. She had a sponge bath by a " nurse" who crudely told her that her "pussy" was dirty! This is not a professional person but more like a street person. We are now in the process of contacting TV stations and attorney's to find out what can be done not just for my mom but for the senior that has no advocate. Obviously it does not matter how much you pay for care like this because it is still sub-standard. I would advise others to look elsewhere or be sorely disappointed by the care here not to mention the lack of professionalism. We found out the hard way that the rehab hospital end has no association with The Forum at the Crossing and in fact Brooke Shields took her mom out of a five star living home due to neglect and abuse! I will never give anymore of my vacation bookings to Marriott because of our experience here.
