Had my son measured for a Prom tux, and he was not measured correctly, and they could care less. The shirt was a size too small - they told him the collar was "stretchy" and to use a plastic collar extender. The vest was way too big - they said, "It'll be dark. No one will notice." Then they pretended to take it in, but only pressed it. When I returned the tux, exactly as I had received it, they tried to show me where the (non-existent) stitching had been.
Their blatant disregard for an clearly improper fit was astonishing.
