Horrible:
I have never experienced something like this "urgent care" in my life.. We took my 7month old son here on Sunday due to a horrible cough that had been going on for about a week...after waiting two hours (which was expected with urgent care) we went in the back only to find out they didn't have a scale for infants...okay that is understandable ...I guess...we then get into the room the nurse comes in and says "so whats going on"...(as he is coughing horribly) I told her what was happening she said okay the doc will be in...the "doctor" comes in if that is what you can even call her...she looks in his ears listens to his chest and says well just keep using the humidifier and wait it out...I was so mad at this point I couldn't even speak...NO ONE took his temperature his weight or any such items...and then they send me out the door without doing a test of any sort...
The next day I went to pick him up from the sitters and his cough was still horrible (obviously) and he was weezing, so I took him to urgent care at Skyridge...well come to find out (after doing test...what a concept) he has RSV and bronchitis...Castle rock urgent care has no idea what they are doing...I have written a letter to our insurance as well as the practice itself letting everyone involved know what a mal practice they have going on...the insurance nor myself will be paying them for any "service"

Wonder how they're still in business ??:
Just read the reviews on this so called medical practise... more like a 'family Mal- practice'!!
Guess the reviews should be no surprise to me at all. I came on here to comment as I was disatisfied with my treatment at Founders.
I also found what the other people wrote about to be true - regarding follow up care about blood test results.
They are sloppy and dont contact you with your results !! You have to chase everything.
They were also uncaring and unprofessional. It's also true about that medical/ nursing assistant guy. The young one with the blonde hair. Very rude and unprofessional.
He's a piece of work !! I refuse to go back there.
If there was a lower rating - they should get one.
They didnt deserve one star.
If I had wanted to be treated like an animal... I would have been better off at the Vet.

Disgusting medical treatment!!:
I'm not the kind of person who usually complains...
But I was driven to comment as I so disgusted by the treatment my family received at Founders Family Medicine (Castle Rock). I felt compelled to warn others.
Honestly - if you value your life, dont go there!!
I work in the medical field and have a masters degree, and having experienced the service for myself first hand. I honestly would NOT step through that door ever again!
I picked up on thier mistake and saved a very dire situation. If it were just an untrained person seeking help- they would have been in serious trouble.
I have also experienced poor service on many occasions at that centre...
particularly a blonde rude male nursing assistant who is so unprofessional he shouldnt be allowed to practise in his position.
Also- no follow up about blood results and other medical tests. They also forget to write out prescriptions. You're the one who has to chase and ring multiple times to get any service from them at all.
Doctors and nurses also do not call back when you leave messages to ask about the blood results -that they should have contacted you about. No one calls you back.
*But no more chances. Over all - very poor service and if this rating system allowed, I'd be giving them a negative value!!
They just want your money, and dont they care about you as a person...Its just a money spinner!!
The medical centre has a Poor standard of service & care... and very poor follow up!!
I Will never step foot in that facility ever again, and urge you not to go there.
I posted this, as it may someday save someone heartache, or maybe even their life!!
Seriously - if you value your life. Dont go there!!
-From a very unhappy customer.
