Corrupt:
I am a Disabled person and I lived at Fountain Springs in 2000-2001. I even had a disabled persons lease that extended my due date to the 5th of each month. The Price was right so I said hey, why not. I paid the first months rent, the last months rent a deposit.
On my 12th month I did not pay rent....I did at the lease signing, Remember the last months rent!!!! Well, I get home one day and I found an eviction notice on my door. I go down to the office and they said "it's not us it's the main office you will just have to go to court and show the receipts" So I did I had thirteen money order receipts and thirteen of their receipts all the same amount and date. would you believe I was still evicted for non payment!!!!
I would not recommend these apartments to any one. They are unsafe and unclean and the management is just outright corrupt!!! CBD my contact. [email protected]
