Cold & Unprofessional:
I called the practice on 2 seperate days & a man answered the phone half awake sounding, didn't state his name, had a rude tone, told me that he didn't get to my request because he was busy yesterday. Didn't apologize or assure me that it would get done soon. There was an akward pause & I wasn't sure if he hung up or if I should say bye? Times are tough & it may be the doctor answering the phone, maybe why he didn't say his name or they have the unfriendliest front desk employee I would want to be talking to clients at an animal hospital where the practice is supposed to be warm & caring. The rude guy answering the phone is enough reason not to go. What is the rest of the staff like? The person answering the phone & greeting you is the first impression people get of your business. They should talk to this employee!

Horrible unclean care & unprofessional!:
I would never recommend anyone bringing their pet here, especially cats. My kitten was hospitalized with them for 5 days and when I initially brought him, the Dr. said very carelessly "Cross your fingers he pulls through". They did not call me once to let me know how he was doing. When I asked if they could call me their response was, "You can call us once we are closed." They were very short, rude and defensive every time I called, just to see if he had made any progress.

Since it was over a holiday weekend, I asked them to call me when they were closed since I didn't know what time they would be in to check on him. The Dr. said he would call early in the morning. By 1:30 pm I had not heard from him and so I called and he was just then there taking care of them and did not acknowledge it at all.

When I was able to bring him home, I asked for his records and they said they just gave him fluids and anti-biotics and had nothing written down that I could take with me. Which makes me think they weren't really keeping track of his daily progress very well. Plus he came home with a wound on his arm with fur missing where they put his catheter in! I've never seen this lack of care from a vet before, you don't put tape directly on the skin.

In addition to their lack of customer service and their bad attitude in caring for my kitten, their office does not appear very clean at all. When the Dr. was going to look at my kitten's ears, he wiped out the instrument with a q-tip, nothing else! Plus I didn't see any signs of them wiping or cleaning anything down from the dog that was in there before us.

It is very small and unorganized. If they knew anything about cats, they would carry wet food to offer their clients and they don't.

You will regret it if you go here!

Purrfect!:
Dr. Pruitt didn't jump to conclusions or start aggressive surgery on my kitten. He wanted to try the least painful and less expensive approach first. He was very smart, very professional, and Sheila (the assistant) couldn't have been kinder. I definitely recommend them for your regular vet!

Four Peaks Is Wonderful!:
Four Peaks Animal Clinic is wonderful and they really care about their patients. When my cats needed medical care they went out of their way to make sure they got the best treatment possible. They are also very patient with one of my cats who is very difficult to work with when it comes to getting medical treatment and has been there a few times now after suffering a urinary blockage. Despite his feisty nature, Dr. Pruitt was very patient with him and provided excellent care.

I highly recommend Four Peaks to everyone I know and can't say enough good things about them.
