I made an appointment for an estimate to fix my fence, but five days before the appointment I found an "estimate" in my door. I asked Mike to come out, and instead he went over what was wrong with the fence and asked if I wanted him to send a revised estimate in the mail. When I told him I wanted him to come out and give an accurate estimate, he accused me of wanting a higher price (I find this funny coming from a man who offered to send a revised estimate without seeing the damage) and told me he couldn't come to the appointment since he now has a job out of town. He then said he wanted nothing to do with "it" and hung up on me. Even though he sounded nice when I made the appointment, Mike, the owner of this company, turned out to be a terrible business man and one of the most insulting people I've ever dealt with. I wouldn't suggest this business.
