We called Fox and Boley in Napoleon to come out to take a look at our water tank because it would not hold pressure and was causing our tank to short cycle. They came out and put more pressure in the tank. The next day the tank was again not holding pressure. They said we needed a new tank and were scheduled to come out on Friday and replace it. Friday morning came and a gentleman representing their company called to confirm with my husband. The man told my husband he would be out, replace the tank, and call if there were any issues. The man never showed up, would not return calls, and left us hanging all weekend. On Monday, my husband went into the office and was met by a lady who unlocked the door to let him in. My husband expressed his concerns that no one showed up, nor had anyone returned his calls. The lady had the audacity to look at my husband and say "maybe you need to find somebody else." We were appalled by her comment. She told my husband, "we need money, but not from people like you." After talking to a few other locals, they expressed the same concerns about Fox and Boley. These people shared that their experience with Fox and Boley was unpleasant and that the people were rude and extremely unprofessional. They are not in business to represent working class citizens, or home-owners. They seem to be in business for the money and not to provide any type of good customer service. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. We were highly dissatisfied with this experience, and it appears that we are not the only ones from the talk I have heard around town. After telling a few friends in the local area about my experience, they mentioned that Fox & Boley has poor customer service. It was also mentioned that they have been in the area for a long time and that they don’t need the money of people like me just bigger projects and large corporations. Fox & Boley good luck! It appears that you have gotten too big for your britches and have forgotten the local homeowners that have made you who you are!!!!!!
