Description
We have the ethos of no short-cuts. We Source 90-95% of our food from local farms. We meet with the farmers and go to their farms to see what the best is that they have to offer. All animals that we serve are treated and fed the right stuff. And we make just about everything from scratch (from mayo, to pasta, to stocks).

Fraiche prepares brunch (Sunday)and dinner( Wednesday through Saturday) entrees with all day tapas available and a variety of salads. The food is purchased directly from local farms or their farmers' market stands.
