Since 2004 the company has been providing Carwashes.

After getting an oil change from Francis & Sons on Ray Rd. and Cooper in Gilbert, my oil light began to come on whenever I came to a stop. I took my car back and explained the issue to them. For some reason I let them sell me an oil additive for $20. Of course, that DIDN'T fix the problem. With their aggressive style of wanting to sell stuff, my 100% speculative thought is that they somehow loosened or disconnected something, because Instead of offering an apology for my misfortune and saying that they had no clue, they capitalized on my misfortune and sold me something. I therefore will never go back.
