Headache to get paperwork from FMC:
For insurance purposes, I needed to have Franklin Medical Center fax a prior authorization to a pharmacy. It took me 13 phone calls, 3 formal requests from the pharmacy, and 20 days to get this taken care of! How unprofessional and frustrating!

Never again!:
I would NOT recommend Franklin Medical Center. I had to wait an hour 1 1/2 just go go back to the examination room, where i waited another 30 minutes before the doctor came in, and to top it off, he was completely rude and didn't seem to care at all about my concerns. Needless to say, i feel like my visit was a big waste of time and money.

Ugh!:
I have been visiting Franklin Medical since it opened and had received great service & attention. The last couple years their service has deteriorated considerably. The wait time to be seen is usually one to two hours. Once you get in you only see a PA, who seems to lack knowledge. I asked one of the PA's for some more information into my condition & his explanation was a comparison to a automobile carburetor, like I would know how a carburetor functions?!?! Great knowledge! Very disappointed. I also went in prior to this visit to get some test done, but never received a call back to let me know whether everything was okay or if I should go in for a consultation.
Overall, this medical center lacks professionalism, follow up, & seems to be unorganized every time I have been there. I kept giving them one more chance, but I have finally made up my mind & will look for another PCP.
