Wow . . .Best experience on warranty repairs for my new Whirlpool Stainless Steel Kitchen. Although its frustrating when your new stuff breaks, Freds made it easy. We did not choose Fred's, they were the authorized warranty repair shop. But boy, did they make it easy. I could confirm the appointment from my phone. I could see a picture of the technician that was going to be knocking on my door before I had to open the door to a stranger. This made me feel more confident as I was home with kids. For my repair, a part was needed. It arrived next day (on a Saturday) but I had to wait until Wednesday until a technician was available to install it. Worth waiting a couple of days to make sure it is fixed right by a quality tech vs someone that another company may have just hired off the street.
