Freedom Chemical Health SVC

We provide chemical health assessments for those needing one for court, for probation or for any other reason. This can be a result of a DWI, a possession charge, a minor consumption charge or just someone wanting to know if they have a problem with alcohol or drugs.

FCHS, LLC provides chemical health evaluations (or assessments) to those needing them for a DWI or any other reason. The MN DHS Rule 25 assessment tool is used for every assessment and the ASUDS-R (Adult Substance Use and Driving Survey - Revised) is administered as needed at no additional charge.
We also provide cognitive behavior DWI education using the Driving With Care curriculum.
