Had a new Carrier central air system installed. Never had central air before. They showed up as scheduled and put the system in promptly. When I had a cold air return issue, they came back and made it right. Two other contractors never showed up for bids despite having appointments. They had excellent follow up despite a heat wave and being very busy. They also had a great installed price. Always returned my emails and calls promptly.
