My husband and I purchased a new 2015 Yamaha SX192 jet boat from Fremac Marine. When discussing the initial purchase and speaking about the boats performance they recommended installing "Thrust Vectors" made by Jet Pilot. They assured us it would increase performance giving me better steering at low speeds. After purchasing and driving our new boat it had a vibration. After more than two months of wrangling with these people and, them telling us there was"nothing wrong with the boat".They finally removed the "Thrust Vectors" and the problem was solved. After spending the summer driving the new boat with an annoying vibration, we asked for a refund of the cost of the "Thrust Vectors" a mere $250.00 and they refused ! Unbelievable, particularly since I'd spent more than $30,000 with them. Additionally, they admitted that the company that they purchased the product from would send them brand new thrust vectors to put back on their shelf, at no cost! They couldn't see their way to giving our my money back on a product they recommended which caused the vibration in the first place! Furthermore, the Vectors are not even approved by Yamaha! Really, on a BRAND NEW BOAT? We were stunned! These people are the WORST at service after the sale we've ever experienced in more than 40 + years of boating. Spend your money elsewhere! These people care little about customer service after the sale or about customer satisfaction!

My boat, purchesed from them and still under waranty was overheating. Took it in for service they said 2 weeks... 5 weeks later i pick up the boat and it is still overheating. The mechanic said he could not duplicte the problem so he did nothing. I explaind exatly what was going on. The service desk guy (Wade) was blunt amd borderline rude. I took the boat home and sure enough it is still overheating.
Well I took it back one more time and now Wade is flat out rude and tells me my boat is not overheating.

- Many years ago I was a mechanic I have built and raced many cars. I know when an engine is overheating. On my boat, a 2008 Stingray, besides the temp gauge there is an audible alarm system. they are separate systems. the gauge is in the red and the alarm is going off. I understand that diagnosis of some engine issues can be difficult. But it respond openly rude.... I have never posted a review of any business before. But I just could not let this go. Also - after picking up the boat the key switch (ignition) did not work properly - I fixed it, the dash was re-installed with the back of the switch pinched by wires, also there is a large scrape ( through the gelcoat) on the side of the boat. There are some nice people there but too many bad apples.
