Rude customer service:
If I could give this place zero stars I would. My roommate unfortunately loves coming here, but I def am not a fan.
To start, the people who work there have a HUGE attitude problem. Especially the owner. When you go to a business, you want to be greeted with a smile and a "hi!". It's just good business practice, as it makes people WANT to go to your establishment more often, and in return, you make more money.
Owner: I realize you're unhappy and having $ issues (duh) but have you thought about trying to turn that around by being NICE to your customers? I've observed the way they are wiht other people as well, and it's the same poor, b*tchy attitude. Work on it! While you're at it, change the decor of the place. It's too claustrophobic.
Def lost a customer.
EDIT: My roommate comes here so i made the mistake of accompanying him. Never coming back. The ppl are extremely rude. I asked them for water and the rude guy goes "for him sure( my roommate), but u gotta pay". Wow ok. A customer near me felt bad. I also see them constantly being rude to customers. What a way to run a business, by having constant attitudes.
