This nursing home is a small nursing home that is not upfront with families when they tour the facility. Do not expect telephones or tv in the rooms. It only exists in a "few" rooms and no phones at all.
The facility is "old" but dirty hardly describes it! Poor housekeeping is a kind description! The facility is poorly staffed. The food is substandard at best. Cockroaches run everywhere you look. If you want to smell urine, take a walk through this facility and you will have the pleasure.
Read everything you sign or you will get a big surprise.
Management will smile and promise the family members wonderful things of which most they can not deliver. RUN !! AS FAST AS YOU CAN.
