Great service:
Had a spider infestation in the basement and they took care of it. The products they use are the same as every other exterminating company.

Terrible Customer Service and Product:
I do not recommend this company to anyone. I signed up for this service when a nice sales person came to my door. They offered auto debt for a reduction in their fee. The first time they charged me for the service they double charged, when I called to tell them and asked them to credit my account they were happy to. The only problem is that instead of crediting they charged it again. This went on for several days, they kept trying to credit me but charged me instead. Finally after two weeks I was out $600 and overdrawn on my account because of it. They cut me a check and told me my next service would be free. They came to my house one more time after that but did not call before coming as I had asked them to and only sprayed in the front yard (they are supposed to spray the whole property). That was a year ago. I came to learn this last week that they have been charging my card for the last year AND have put me in collections because of their accounting error. Their accounting error you ask? They assigned my credit card info to someone elses account. So after 1.5 years of run around, I have been charged in total $1500 of incorrect fees and to top it all off....I still have bugs. Terrible, terrible, terrible...stay away at all costs!

Horrible Service and Managment:
The service I've had since February with Frontline has been terrible. Empty promises, no results, but you can BELIEVE this company gets paid everytime no matter how bad the results or if they show up at all. Never on time, will cancel appointments without notice, and the "free" re-treatments come with a price. Sit back, cross your fingers, and hope they show up. If they don't, call them, because they sure will not call you....except when it's time to pay.
