Fuel Café offers New American cuisine in a contemporary environment, serving lunch Monday to Friday from 11am to 3pm and dinner Thursday to Saturday from 5 to 9pm. A sample menu features such dishes as cheese and herb ravioli, red trout with fennel slaw, fried chicken and blackberry marshmallow semifreddo.
