What a ripoff! First the fast talking salespeople are on you like flies on cow dung trying to upsell you on all the ridiculously overpriced wash options, windshield repair, etc. Then after FINALLY getting the salesperson to accept that I simply wanted a basic wash and oil change, I get my bill to find out that they charged me twice as much for the oil change because my car "calls for" synthetic oil - $68.99 for the oil change, $30.00 for a hand wash - a $100 ticket. When i showed the manager my written quote for $32.95, and $18.00 for the wash, he said the people on the front line don't know the prices. I said, " then the people on the front line shouldn't be giving written quotes. Also, they had my cell phone number and didn't bother to get my permission to charge me for more than the quote. Still ended up paying $69.28 for a bill that should have been around $52.00. So they got me for about $15.00, but would have rolled me for an extra $50 if I would have let them.
