Tips

Know Before You Go:
With a premium on presentation, this dinner progresses slowly. Leave at least two hours for the experience.

What to Drink:
While there are 35 different martinis listed, stick with the classy original and avoid the more contemporary concoctions of strawberry puree or mandarin and lemon.

One of the best meals (if not the best) I've ever had. Yes it was expensive, but worth every penny. Service was superb (best , portions were excellent and we loved the atmosphere and ambiance. The food was heavenly as we had the fried green tomatoes, crab bisque, apple & pear salad, tuna, lamb and finished it off with some cheesecake. The wine complimented the meal perfectly. Great evening and I definitely would go again and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking for a fine meal.

Found this Restaurant through the pilot and it had great reviews, so I tried and was somewhat disappointed. Tables too close together, The food was good but could have been better for $120. USD for 2, the background music was not romantic at all! We could clearly hear other's conversations from their tables. The outside appearance was like a hole in the wall. The bottom line, it does take more to make a romantic place than placing a white table cloth on each table, a small kerosene candle at the table and a waiter dressed in black. I guess I wanted more for my sweetheart and actually got alot less. Will I go back there? Possibly, but not for a romantic dinner.

The service was execellent!! The food was unbelievable. I had the biscotti encrusted green tomato, pear and blue cheese salad, the crabcake (absolutely the best I have ever had) and the vanilla creme' brulee. The meal was incredible. I would highly recommend trying Fusion. It is pricey but well worth the expense.
