Fwd Builders

Jim was paid for the work we completed on a project but did not pay us. He's excuse was he wrote a deposit down twice in he's check book and spent the money. So my company is out over $1700.00 because he sucks at math. Will not return my calls. I even told him he could make small payments to me but no reply.

We used FWD for $120,000 home addition. The work did not pass final inspection. FWD says they fixed problem but refuse to call for re-inspection. Why would they not call for inspection if they corrected problem? FWD also refuses to arrange for energy audit which was a condition of the City permit. FWD seems very professional and unreliable at first but they are not. We have been trying to resolve this problem for months and FWD just refuses to address the issue.

Update 2/09 - FWD finally obtained final inspection.
