In honor of Eater's inaugural Five Days of Meat, three Chicago restaurants have created heart-stopping protein-packed special dishes and put them on their menus for just this week. Graham Elliot and chef de cuisine Vinny Alterio have constructed a double whammy of pork at Graham Elliot Bistro.

After six months in business, Graham Elliot's Greenwich, CT restaurant is shuttered. Primary's (former) manager told Patch that "the issue being, it wasn't busy. The investors, the landlord pulled the trigger."
