Since 2007, Law Office Of Gail A Hurd has been providing Legal Services from Chagrin Falls.

Ms Hurd was hired as a mediator in my divorce proceedings. It is my personal opinion that she misrepresented the retainer requirement, looked for additional billing hours rather than a quick and amicable negotiation, and her financial knowledge wa not satisfactory. It is interesting to note that once Ms Hurd's serviced were terminated a settlement was agreed to in 60 days and file with the court with legal services including court fees of only $1,650. I have filed a grievance with the Ohio supreme Court but they will not take action as "mistaken conduct is not the same as unethical conduct". odc file # b4-1536
