Honest and Prompt Service:
My central heater had gone out. I called up a couple of central air/heating repairmen.
The first person that came told me it was a problem with the motherboard and gave me a quote of $3200!!! I asked them how much a new one was and he said $4500 or so. I kicked him out of my house (after he asked for his $70 service call).
Hamlet was the next person that came. He checked out the unit, diagnosed it as the motherboard as well, and told me it would be $200! I asked him to go ahead and do it and he got it done the same day (I asked him to please rush since it was during the cold season and I have 2 small children). When he couldn't find the exact motherboard, he brought a newer version and spent hours rewiring it to work with my system at no additional cost.
Nothing but good things to say about this guy. I'll be using him again if I need his repair services and will probably have him regularly service the heater/ducts, etc.
