Beware!:
Do I think it is intentional they do not print their return policy on their receipts? Yes, I do. Do I think it is intentional they do not tell you when you make a purchase that their return policy is 30 days (or is it)? Yes, I do.
Because then they say "sorry, over 30 days we cannot give you a refund...didn't you see notice on the cash register -(yes, Steve Bates, owner, actual said this to me - "the return policy is clearly on the cash registers") We are more than fair. REALLY?
This is a sneaky way of not having to make returns. Shame on Steve.
Thank god for Al's Garden Center where everything is printed so the customer knows their policies. Including - did you know you have one year on trees and perennials at Al's - Not Gardener's Choice. Something fails to perform - tough luck will be Steve's response.
So Beware when shopping at Gardener's Choice.
