I called looking about a fuel relay. At U-Pull-It it would have cost me <$4.00 if they had had it. Every other junkyard would charge $15 if they had it for my vehicle. Gardner's explained over the phone that it would be the same at their place, but that they keep them in bins at their entrance. I went and. unassisted by them, fished through a bunch of disorganized, dirty bins and did not find it. When I asked them to please see if it was on the vehicle, I mentioned that I really needed the part, and didn't have the $200-300 to buy it new.They found it on the vehicle but now, they changed their tune and wanted to charge me $75! As they put it "if its $300 new, the price is good." They would not even accept an offer of $35, more than twice what they had indicated over the phone. They allowed me to leave with no concession. The guy at the desk appearing to be in charge did this with such indifference and could care less that he was turning away business and losing a potential future customer. I am a single parent with a 7 year old, who has been struggling since I lost my job 8 months ago. I had paid someone $20 already to drive me the over 12 miles to get to this place. What they've done is unforgiveable. These people do not deserve your business
