Careless staff and vet:
I took my dog here some time ago. One assistant couldn't get the weight right. The others were unfriendly. One wouldn't spend the effort reading details. You filled in a form but she would ask you the same questions again till you felt perplexed enough to point at the answers to her on the form.
Another assisant just wasn't kind to my dog at all even though my dog didn't budge at all while checking. (You can always tell from the way they talk)
The female vet was even worse..just did a 1.5 sec dental check while my dog yawned. My dog doesn't bite but you really have to put your hands there to try to open his mouth like a professional vet would.
They promised to call back but never did...
I was totally disappointed and will never ever try this clinic again.

I have had dogs for over 30 years and have experience with quite a few different vets. Unfortunately I took my little girl to this vet. It was an awful experience.
They are obviously receiving major kick backs from Hill Science diet. You will notice that every open area of their office inside and out is covered with Hill's advertising. They are more interested in the money they receive from Hills than the health of your pet. They prescribe an expensive Hills diet for every ailment. When you say that the diet is not helping they just prescribe a different one instead of running any tests that might actually tell them what is going on with your pet. Because of this I lost my baby to a disease that was treatable had they bothered to run a simple blood test instead of giving her another special food.
You expect your vet to have your pets interest at heart not just there own pocket book.
