Called on the phone looking for a bead finding and the lady that answered the phone was beyond rude! She yelled at me! She could of said get more details on your piece and call me back with measurements. However, she yelled at a potentail customer that spends a lot of money on beads. She needs to retire and let her daughter take over. Someone has got to get her away from people. She does not belong dealing with people. I have heard from other beaders that she's a nightmare to deal with. Don't bother going. It'll ruin your day.
