Because both sellers were out of state, things took 6 weeks longer than thought - took 4 extensions to get the sale done. When I would call Norma's office about status, continually was told that Norma was busy & would get back to me, but didn't. Buyer's title co seemed to be more responsive to me and when I would call them they would tell me what was going on. When the property closed, Gem Title never notified me, I just got the closing checks from the buyers side in the mail. When I called Gem Title, the person answering the phone didn't even know that the sale had closed - and Norma wasn't there - surprise!!!
