Gen Kai Japanese Restaurant has been in business since 1990. It is run by a very hard working and friendly staff that has pledged to uphold the restaurant's traditions while providing excellent Japanese food at great prices. There is limited parking, mostly on PCH although there is a small parking lot. The food, staff and the low prices make this a great place to go.
