Software they sell does not work properly. They list all the things they can do, but don't fix the most common small things. That's like listing all the parts to a car and selling it, but leaving the tires off. It does you no good. You can't drive it. I had lots of patience, waited and never got good solid advice. Their vendors or resources are about the same. I have never been suckered into one company and then suckered again, but another one. It's like they are all related. I am not bitter, but again I have waited for years to get his corrected and still I have not been able to lauch a simple site they claim to basically work out of the box.
