Called George's for service on our 15 year old oven. After answering a couple of basic questions over the phone (brand/model#/problem) for the dispatcher, a service tech came the next day. After diagnosing the problem, he suggested that we should not invest the $450 or so on a 15 year old appliance. He recommended a few replacement brands to consider.
