We came in to Georgia Carpets and met with the owner. Not only did he act unprofessionally but basically shoved us out the door. He was more concerned about how we were going to pay him versus making sure we had a good customer experience!!! I don't appreciate being scolded and would definatly tell anyone who was going to shop there to seek out someone else!!! The price might be a plus but in the long you are paying for it !!!

I decided to get a quote from Georgia carpet because my entire family had used them for carpet many years ago. Their quote was high, there sales agents never called back, but I gave them a chance and called numerous times to see if they were willing to work out a deal. When I finally got a hold of my sales agent Bob, he was unwilling, which was fine. I told Bob that I was not interested. At this point he became irate, he began to scream foul language at me. I have never been on a phone call when a "professional" dropped the "F-bomb". It was absolutly appauling! It was completely unprofessional, rude and slightly frightening. I do NOT suggest Georgia carpets for anyone.
