Bar-B-Q expert "Big Bob" Gibson started cooking in his back yard in the 1920's. He opened his first restaurant several years later with a vision of creating the best BBQ restaurant in Morgan County, Alabama. With no surprise he succeeded. His children all followed his lead and each became great cooks and restaurant owners.
