Gizmo's HObby won "2003 Hobby Store of the Year" out of all the stores in the USA. Gizmo's have a all sales final for a reason. Have you ever purchased an item and found missing peices? Poor Service, unacceptable exchange policy on new items:
Please buy somewhere else if you are looking to get excellent service. Received a gift spoke with the person that sold the gift (the owner of the store) because I wanted to exchange for a more expensive unit. The unit was a R/C Plane. R/C Plane was purchased within 2 days and Owner of the store said no way. Any business should have some sort of exchange policy for new unopened products. I am sure you agree. Find a more reputable store if you are looking to purchase.
