They don't answer their phones (I was given the excuse that they don't have the manpower). I live 4 hours away and asked for a viewing and was appalled to be told that I had to visit during open house times for the properties and that I had to be "pre-qualified" before Mr Mark Byers Jr. would waste the time to conduct a showing outside of open house times. You really need to learn how to treat customers. They're the ones with the cash. I'm taking my cash elsewhere. I feel bad for the landlords as they're probably missing out on some business (by not answering their phones) and worse, some really great tenants (by the way they treat potential customers). Worst. Service. Ever.
