This business is completely incompetent. In 2005, I contacted them to do plans for a condo conversion. After paying them the initial fee, I had a great deal of difficulty contacting them to get the project finished. They even lost the plans in the middle of their move. Now that the condo conversion has been completed, I find that the basement plans are very inaccurate, and they will not return calls to correct them. I am ready to get a lawyer to deal with them. I wish someone had let me know before I used them, so I am warning others. Use someone else.
