Okay so the chicks who decorate at Gladstone will pretty much do anything on a cake, and it always comes out looking awesome. Just take a gander at their little display book of cake photos in front by the cookies. They have some rockin cakes in there.
Anyway they sat and talked with my mom for like ever about my birthday cake and we finally decided that we were going to do this cupcake cake in the shape of a turtle, but not any turtle, i gave them a photo of my pet turtle who is a specific kind of turtle and asked them to make it realistic, not a cartoon. And they did! It came out lookin like an impressionistic painting cuase it was all spackled and done in butter cream and i can't realy explain it but it was kick a@!e! like i totally didn't expect it to come out looking so cool. i almost didnt want to eat it but im glad i did because it was so good.
