i am totally shocked by the reviews i have just read. they are so far removed from the experiences we have had. we love our dogs very much and want a safe and happy place for them to stay. we board our two japanese chins at glamorous k9's and when they come back home they are totally rested and not at all stressed. that hasn't always been the case at other kennels. i have total confidence in the care they receive and would recommend glamorous k9's to anyone that wants a class A facility for their pets. we have always been treated great. no problems whatsoever. sherri and don take your pets well being very seriously and provide exceptional care .now when we vacation we go worry free knowing that they are probably receiving better care than we are at our luxury hotel !! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
