Terrible Customer Service..... Very Bad experience...:
I went into the business on 21 Aug 18 to get some glasses for my Foster child. When I walked in I asked the lady that worked in the afternoon if they took Medicaid. From then she had an attitude like she was doing me a favor. It was 10 minutes to closing so instead of reading all the papers I asked her basically what the papers she wanted me to sign was all about. She then asked me...."Can you not read?" I am a veteran with my masters degree ..... I was quite offended by her comment. I kindly took the papers that were on the counter up took the hand of my child and left. This lady was rude and disrespectful. She assumed that just because I asked her about Medicaid that I could not pay or read apparently. Little did she know I have Tricare, my child has Medicaid. I will never visit this establishment again and I hope no one else will also.
