Nightmare:
It's NIGHTMARE. I had a bitter experience about "Glassique". I order Glassique a stained glass window more than 5 months ago with full payment, but the work has not done yet. It should be finished in 6-8 weeks on contract, but he has not even started assembling the window in fact. I reminded him more than 10 times by visiting, emails & calls, but no reply. Finally I requested him to refund $2,070 by certified mail, but no reply. I have no idea what I can do. I wish nobody else has such a nightmare like mine.
