Since 2006 the company has been providing Management Services.

I would give 0 stars, but that is not an option. GLD has wasted my time, money, and harmed my reputation. I live in Auburn square apartments, and was subsidized. I got a job, and knew my rent was going to go up, but not to $775! That is WAY above market rate for a 2 bedroom apartment. I was looking to move to another complex (also GLD), and had an appointment to see the apartments. The Landlord for Stratford Place was out on family emergency, and all they did was leave a note on the door! There is another Landlord there that could of called to let people know their appointments could not be kept. But no, I took time off work and lost money for NO REASON. To boot they're closed Fridays, so I can't even do it tomorrow. I have to wait till Monday. In addition to all of the above, GLD has gone as far as calling my employer to ask for my W2's, stating that I had been uncooperative and would not give them to GLD, WHEN THEY HAD NEVER ONCE ASKED ME FOR THEM. This caused my boss to question me as to why I refused to give them my W2's. I am EXTREMELY hesitant to even consider another GLD property at this point.
