OMG! I feel so good about my purchase at scratch and dents. I purchased a Stainless Steel Refrigerator from them. I got an amazing deal and Greg was very knowledgeable and honest. They were on time with the delivery and they took my old one away! I waited 3 weeks before writing this review but I am glad I did. I will be back for a stove in a few months, they earned a customer for life!

Let me say first I bought my washer/dryer and refrigerator last Friday and I was a bit worried due to the other review. I read other reviews online and I took a chance and let me say I am glad I did. The lady who helped me was very nice and was trying to get me the most for my money. I bought a stainless Kenmore refrigerator and a Kenmore Washer and Dryer. I was able to get my delivery the same day and hook up with hoses for my washer, new waterline for my refrigerator and new dryer tube for $35!!!! Home depot or Lowes couldn't beat that!!! I did have a small issue with the dryer but I called them and they were out the very next morning. I have since sent my friend and relatives to them and they couldn't be happier. This is a great place for the money and services! I will be back for a stove!!

I bought a fridge on Feb 12. It was delivered on Feb 14 and the fridge leaked. He couldn't fix it, and said a maintenance technician would be over the next day. He said he had to order a part so he would be back on Feb 18. No technician showed up so I called the store to follow up and was informed that he had taken the day off and the supplier of the part was closed for the holiday.

Finally the part was replaced on Feb 19. But Feb 22 I noticed water again. They scheduled me for Feb 25, but through my own error in communication, I canceled that appointment.

I rescheduled for Feb 28, but again no one showed up. I called to follow up but the store could not get ahold of the technician. A manager from Sun Cities Appliance called me back to guarantee a technician for Mar 1, kept interrupting me, and then hung up on me. Needless to say, the technician never showed up, and a call to the store was never returned. I got my boyfriend’s dad to fix the fridge.

I have purchased two refrigerators and a range from Glendale S&D. My experiences with customer service has never been less than the best. My first refrigerator I purchased over a year ago and it is working top notch. My second has been 6 months and just as good. My range was bought in like new condition and has ran as though it was new. I would definitely do business with them again and refer others to do so as well. When in a bind with money in this economy, they are definitely worth turning to.
