Since 1975 the company has been providing Apartment Building Operators.

The management is rude and uninformed of their own rules. I had an employee print out a letter they admitted to never sending me and explain how it says right here blah...blah...blah... Cut to them actually handing me said letter and it said the exact opposite. When that fact was pointed out he still argued that he said it so it was law. I paid on rent online and more than once was sent a late fee for unpaid rent. I actually had to print out and bring in my receipt showing payment in full/on time more than once. 1 time when my rent was paid by check they "lost" it. After producing the canceled check from my bank cashed by Glen Pond, it was then admitted they credited the amount to a different tennent. The "caretaker" of my building has a dog that pees on the floor in the halls and the entry way. I have seen her watch it happen and do nothing. There is a permanent stain in the corner of the hallway where you walk in from said dog. The office staff just might be the worst staff I have ever dealt with, anywhere, ever. This place is a joke. Stay away. The halls reak of weed. The office does not care.The security doors are always propped open and guess what? People get robbed. The garage door was broken open for almost a week, we had another apartment robbed. I left the apt far cleaner than when I moved in. Dirty oven, gross old carpet that was STILL WET from a h@!%!**#~d cleaning job 2 days after I should have moved in. My deck was covered with a thick layer of moss and almost unusable. Smelled like mold. The previous resident had to have been a chain smoker. The ceiling was stained. The air conditioner smelled so bad I was never able to use it, even after I removed the filter and washed it. It was black and disgusting. BTW when I moved out I was charged for a dirty filter. My apartment was shown without giving me 24 hours warning. The parking spot I paid for was used by others often. The office did not care. I could go on for days....
