A menu that changes monthly. Locally sourced produce, honey, eggs and meats. All desserts, soups, sauces....basically everything is made in house. Lots of Mediterranean influenced menu items (the chef's favorite), but with a sprinkling of global dishes. A large by-the-glass,wine selection with unique varietals, uncluding some sustainably farmed/organic. Large selection of scotch. Appetizers...
