Worst service and experience I have ever encountered. I saved up to put a patio in my backyard and I did my research on local contractors to use for this project. I ended up using HomeAdvisor.com because I have used them to find other talent, for other projects and it was a great experience. So after speaking with a few contractors I ended up going with Tony from Global Lawn Designs because of his passion and experience. The project went underway and even got completed in a timely manner, Tony was involved every step of the way. I thought it came out great, I was so excited... I even gave a great review on HomeAdvisor.com! A week after completion of the patio it started cracking throughout the concrete. I am not talking about settling... I am talking about earthquake size cracks. It was clear that proper supports were not established or concrete was watered down... something was not right. I reached out to Tony right away and he got back to me in a day or so saying he was out of town and will fix it. Time went by... more cracks produced... deeper they got and actual erosion started occurring around the entire new concrete foundation. Then the roof started leaking, the beams started rusting and what looked like a beautiful piece of art was now falling into pieces. I reached out to Tony several times... sending pictures, texts, expectations... he would reply when he felt like it. He stated he stood by his work and would repair what he thought was necessary. He reached out to me stating he was going to come out and start to fix it.... he never showed, he never called and I have not heard from him since. This was a few weeks ago... I told him that I will be pressing charges to get a full refund. Still not answer. Do not do work with this company... it is a rip off and Tony does not care that it is your property and hard earned money.
