If you want to be treated like cattle in an assembly line...:
This place is for you! 2+ hours for a regular checkup. No confidentiality. The "nurses/office staff" asks questions in an open environment where anyone can hear about your medical issues or history, which you have already answered on their questionnaires... you know, the papers in the file RIGHT IN THEIR HANDS. There's even a document in there asking you sign that you are aware you're medical history may be spoken of should you bring a spouse/significant other in the examination room with you. No where does it state they are going to be airing this information in front of other patients when you're getting your blood pressure and weight checked.

So, I clearly answered the question of when was the first day of my last menstrual cycle... saw the Dr., who in tern asked I come in the very next Monday to give me the birth control shot we discussed and agreed would be best for my lifestyle. Guess, this office doesn't care that I had to take a half day off work to do this. Nor was I told this shot couldn't be administered unless they had completed a pregnancy test on me or it was my period. I mean if this office can charge me or my insurance company for more testing, who cares, right? I care. It's reasons such as this my premiums continue to rise every year. I declined and asked for an appointment when my next period is due... Oh, but wait!!!! I'm at the front of the office (Where there are at least five (5) staff personnel sitting around). I need to be at the back of the office to schedule an appt.

- Reception area looks worse than a charge by the hour Motel.

- No confidentiality.

- Long wait time in reception and in the examination room.

- No proper communication or common sense regarding the information you have supplied them.

- Inconsideration of my time and lousy customer service.

All equals to bad word of mouth, reviews on the web, and I will no longer patronize such a ill managed clinic again. I so didn't want to give it one STAR, but had to if I wanted this review published. My personal opinion is -10.

Good luck!

Nasty:
I should have researched before I let my Dr.'s Office refer me to this death trap. They have so many photos of babies on the wall they have delivered and I'm thinking, WHAT SANE WOMAN...WOULD ALLOW THIS NASTY @$$ CLINIC TO COME ANYWHERE NEAR HER PERSONAL BODY PARTS?

THIS place is a page ripped form the 80s. It smells, it's dirty. The waiting room seats like a choir room. It's uncomfortable, over scheduling, long wait times.

AND DON'T THINK THEY ARE WAITING BECAUSE IT'S THE PLACE TO BE! CAUSE IT'S NOT...THEY ARE WAITING BECAUSE IT'S HARD TO FIND AN OBGYN ON YOUR OWN IN MIAMI! OTHER THAN THAT, it's like being at the swap meet. NASTY....NASTY...The bathroom wasn't even sanitary. P@!S ON THE SEAT...dirt film on the wall? COMMON.

DR.'S OFFICES should smell like clean sterileness. This office smells like pee pee lane. Seriously. I was insulted and appalled.

AND THE TEENAGE STAFF? OK...ghetto....somebody should teach them to be more professional. They just need to close down and try again. MAYBE MAYBE

ALL THE MONEY THEY MAKE....THEY SHOULD JUST BUY A BIGGER BUILDING INSTEAD OF TRYING TO SQUEEZE ALL THESE WOMEN INTO ONE TINY STORE FRONT SIZED BUILDING...AND RE DECORATE! THEN MAYBE JUST MAYBE THEY WON'T ANNOY SO MANY WOMAN!
